Your privacy controls in 6uo
Based on the 6uo Privacy Policy for iOS and web: location sharing, AI data sharing and account deletion. Controls can differ by platform.
Choose when to share your location
6uo uses location when you choose to share it with friends. Share a precise or live location only with the people or group you want to receive it.
Review AI data sharing
The Privacy Policy says AI features run after you allow AI data sharing in the app. Before information is sent, the app explains what is shared and who receives it. You can withdraw permission in Profile › Settings › AI data sharing.
Understand conversation sharing
People in your direct messages and group conversations can see what you send there. When an AI feature is used, recent conversation content may be sent to AI providers, including messages written by other participants. Read the full policy for the providers and information involved.
Report content or block someone
The mobile app includes reporting and blocking controls. The Privacy Policy explains that reported content and related account information may be reviewed for safety and moderation.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile, then Edit Profile, then Delete Account. The Privacy Policy describes what is removed and notes that some records may persist briefly in backups. If you cannot sign in, contact support@6uo.io for help with deletion.
Website analytics
The public website uses analytics to understand visits. You can block analytics cookies with your browser settings or a tracking-prevention extension. See the Privacy Policy for the details; this guide does not replace it.
